Your Scorecard Guide

Know your tier.

Every week your scorecard puts you in one of four tiers. Here's how it's decided, and how to stay at the top.

The Four Tiers

Golden

Zero misses this week, and no attendance issue: no no‑show, late, call‑out, unable‑to‑finish or refused rescue.

Strong

Exactly one miss this week, or zero misses with an attendance issue.

Needs Focus

Two misses this week, with no automatic trigger fired.

At Risk

Three+ misses, or any automatic trigger below, regardless of your miss count.
One category over the line = one miss
Delivery Completion (DCR)
Delivered vs. returned, trailing 13 weeks.
Below 85%
Customer Feedback (CDF)
Negative feedback per million packages.
Over 960 DPMO
Photo on Delivery (POD)
Photo captured correctly at the door.
Below 98.5%
Delivery Behaviors (DSB)
Scan and handling defects per million.
Over 200 DPMO
Pickup Behavior (PSB)
Any pickup-stop failure this week.
Any fail
Safety Events
Netradyne events, any category. Distraction = zero tolerance.
Any event1 event = 1 miss
DVIC Pre-Trip
Full walk-around: 90 sec cargo, 300 sec step van.
Any failthis week

Route Completion

Your last 4 weeks of routes can cap your tier
On time on 90%+ of routes
Finished and clocked out within 10¼ hours.
No capGolden possible
Late on more than 10% of routes
More than 1 in 10 routes ran past 10¼ hours.
Best: Strong
Couldn't finish more than 1 in 8 routes
Unable to finish, so your route needed a rescue.
Best: Needs Focus

Route completion isn't a miss. It only limits how high your tier can go. Days we sent you on a rescue after your own route, or to help at the other station, always count as on time.
