You Have Care Options — Let's Get You Treated
We want to make sure you get the right care for your needs. If this is a work-related injury or illness, you can elect either Self Care or Urgent Care.
Self Care: if you feel the injury is relatively minor, and you believe first aid (bandage, ice, rest, etc.) will be sufficient, you can elect self-care. You can work directly with Dispatch to determine if you are able to continue your day, or if you need to come off the road to continue self-care at home.
Urgent Care: if you feel the injury may require immediate medical treatment, call the Triage Hotline. Here, you will speak directly with a nurse practitioner who can help assess your care needs and provide you with all the care options available for your specific situation.
Emergency Care: this care is reserved for life-threatening situations and is rarely used. This is similar to calling 911 and requesting an ambulance or paramedic.

Self Care — the fast lane. No phone calls or codes needed. Just tell us what happened and add your photos below, then submit. Changed your mind? Switch your choice above to Urgent Care to speak with a nurse, or tell Dispatch and we'll help you coordinate.
Urgent Care: when Self Care does not seem like a good option, Urgent Care may be required. When possible, our team uses the Concentra Urgent Care Network, as they are best at treating workplace injuries. If the Triage Nurse provides a referral to a care location, Concentra will be the best option. However, many Concentra locations close by 5:00 PM — if none are open, discuss with the Triage Nurse whether care for your injury can wait until a Concentra location is open, or if another urgent care facility is necessary.
